• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across a variety of products and software platforms
• Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on all company products and solutions
• Support customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, and/or ticketing systems)
• Identify, document, and report product bugs, trends, and recurring issues to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement
• Deliver a high standard of technical support and customer experience at every interaction

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peachtree Corners, GA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
