Customer Service & Technical Support Specialist (Sandy Springs)
Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Temp to hire
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $20/hour
Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday (Hybrid)
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and technical support for company products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues through phone, email, and remote tools.
- Document all interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions and maintain service standards.
- Educate customers on product use and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency with Spanish/English is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer support experience.
- Prior experience in a high-volume customer service and/or call center environment.
- Medical or clinical experience is a must.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical calls, such as providing mobile phone support, or troubleshooting equipment over the phone.
- Proficient with MS Office, Windows, SQL, and remote support tools.
- Salesforce experience a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
- Frequent sitting, typing, and phone communication throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
