Responsibilities
- Assess and implement respiratory therapy plans for patients with cardiopulmonary conditions according to physician orders and clinical judgment
- Administer prescribed therapies, including inhalation medications and chest physiotherapy, and monitor patient response
- Operate and monitor respiratory equipment such as ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and monitoring devices; adjust settings as directed
- Document therapy administration and patient progress; communicate findings and concerns to the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain strict infection control practices and uphold patient safety standards during all procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Ability to work 12-hour daytime shifts
