Lead Infant Teacher
*Must be at least 21 years old
*Must have at least 1 year experience as a lead teacher in a license childcare facility.
*Must have an ECE Credentials and or CDA
*Must be a have a satisfactory Background according to the requirements of BFTS.
*Must be able to obtain or provide certification records of CPR, First Aid, and Fire Safety Training.
* Will be required to obtain background and fingerprinting check Description Of Duties:
- Creates developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Reads to children and teaches them painting, drawing, crafts and songs.
- Maintains a safe play environment.
- Dresses children and changes diapers.
- Observes and monitors children’s play activities.
- Disciplines children and recommends or initiates other measures to control behavior
- Communicates with children’s parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues.
- Sanitizes toys and play equipment; maintains full compliance with center infectious disease control
- Performs general administrative tasks, such as taking attendance and making phone calls.
- Organizes Student Anecdotal and Observation Notes
- Prepares and conducts child assessments
- Manages classroom staff
- Implements center curriculum
- Attends required training
- Helps children with Development

Competitive Salary- Ranging from $10-$16 an hour
