Sales Representative

Position at Pilgrim's
Responsibilities:
· Prospect and sell fresh products while delivering exceptional customer service.
· Procure raw materials and coordinate their optimal use with production and prepared foods teams.
· Develop weekly production schedules, forecast sales needs, and lead daily production meetings.
· Manage order processing, logistics support, receiving coordination, and sample requests.
· Serve as liaison between sales and operations, handling customer issues and supporting cross-functional workflows with a customer service focus.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or direct experience in lieu of
· 6 months of sales experience with poultry experience preferred
· Working knowledge of sales, manufacturing, and product development
· Strong Microsoft Office skills with SAP experience preferred
· Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
· Travel as needed
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
· Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
· Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
· 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
· Base salary range of $49,585 - $66,940
· Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
