• Remote: Fully remote role with occasional travel.
• Travel: ~25%, primarily for DC go‑live support (locations include Nashville, Commerce CA, Phoenix, Denver, Houston, etc.).

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a project that is focused on supply chain optimization through DC unification and collapse. This role requires strong project management expertise and a solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and governance.
• Drive performance and engagement across cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate DC unification/collapse activities and ensure operational readiness during go‑live.
• Communicate effectively with director‑level stakeholders and external partners.

Experience

• 7–10 years total , including 3–4 years in supply chain or IT and additional 2–5 years in project management .
• Must understand end‑to‑end supply chain processes and system conversions .

Skills

• Strong project management fundamentals (governance, critical path, tools like Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Ability to drive performance and value , especially with cross‑functional teams under bandwidth constraints.
• Quick thinker, able to resolve conflicts and communicate complex ideas concisely.

Preferred Background

• Supply chain operations or inventory management experience.
• Familiarity with ERP conversions and lifecycle processes.
• SAP S/4HANA experience will be needed for future conversion projects.

Compensation: $60/hr to $80/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
