Head of Business Development / Venture Builder (EEUU)
We are looking for a Head of Business Development / Venture Builder to lead the development of a new business from its initial stage. This is an innovative project with international projection, initially focused on the development of a product that will later evolve into a family of related products and services. We are seeking a profile with strong execution capabilities, strategic vision, and a high tolerance for uncertainty. This person will be responsible for turning a business idea into a real operation, coordinating multiple dimensions of the project: market development, strategic partnerships, operations, logistics, and import processes. Key Responsibilities Lead the comprehensive development of the business from its initial phase. Design and implement the product launch strategy in the market. Identify growth opportunities and new business lines related to the main product. Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners, suppliers, and commercial allies. Coordinate import processes for machinery and equipment required for operations. Oversee administrative, logistical, and operational aspects of the business. Define and execute the commercial and marketing strategy. Analyze the market, identify target segments, and build the product’s positioning. Design the initial organizational structure and participate in team recruitment. Report strategic progress and results to the project partners. Requirements Professional with at least 10 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, or startups. Experience coordinating multiple areas: operations, marketing, sales, and administration. Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Commercialization, or related fields.
