1. Manager:

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at fab’rik in Peachtree Corners, GA. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing store staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining effective communication with both customers and the corporate team.

Qualifications:
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Effective Communication skills
Store Management experience
Retail Loss Prevention knowledge
Leadership and Team Management skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in fashion retail is a plus

2. Stylist (Part Time & Full Time Positions Open)
Role Description
As a fab’rik Stylist, you will be a key contributor for driving sales and reaching monthly sales goals. You will also be responsible for creating the fab’rik atmosphere: comfortable, inspiring and exciting. Style and consult clients with honest opinions and continuously market the store and the store’s concept, while being part of the team to achieve stores sales goals and hit individual sales goals. The fab’rik Stylist is an ambassador of fab’rik and everything the brand stands for including our core values of dream, hustle, inspire, wow and heart. These all will be a part of your everyday experience. We’re committed to making every customer leave feeling better than when they entered the store, and as the leader of your team and your store, this is your charge!

EXPECTATIONS
Meet and exceed monthly Sales Goals
Follow fab’rik Formula Social Selling & Little Black Book clientele curation
Develop and maintain lasting relationships with your clientele
Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure total customer satisfaction
Educate yourself on all merchandise fits, latest trends, features and benefits to better explain to clients
Must understand the importance of exceeding customer expectations
Exhibit a positive attitude and inviting atmosphere
Ensure the store looks its best at all times
Merchandise tables and racks to best sell inventory
Introduce new customers to fab’rik through Marketing Initiatives: Bride Brag, Hall Pass
Contribute sales ideas to Local Store Social Content
Contribute to local marketing event ideas
Host VIP Parties and Shop for a Cause Events
