Talons Grille at Talona Ridge Luxury RV Resort is seeking reliable and experienced kitchen leader to help oversee daily kitchen operations. This role works directly with the Head Chef and the Culinary Director to maintain quality standards, support the kitchen team, and ensure smooth service.
This position is ideal for a strong line cook ready to step into leadership or an experienced kitchen professional looking for a stable and organized environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Lead and support the kitchen team during service
- Ensure recipes and quality standards are followed
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering
- Help train and develop new kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with scheduling and prep planning when needed
Requirements
- Previous kitchen leadership experience
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Solid understanding of kitchen organization and food safety
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
- Calm and professional approach during high-volume service
Position Details
- Pay: $18–$24/hr depending on experience
- Full-time position
