Client Operations Specialist (Roswell)

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to own client onboarding and ongoing servicing. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you are the face of Bella Advisors, managing details in real time, and continuously improving how work gets done. This is not a passive back-office role. You are a key driver of the client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end client onboarding process from paperwork through system setup
• Manage ACAT transfers and coordinate with custodians to ensure smooth, timely transitions
• Maintain clear audit trails and accurate records of all money movement and account activity
• Handle day-to-day client servicing including requests, updates, and issue resolution
• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant client documentation
• Identify inefficiencies and implement better workflows, processes, and tools
• Partner closely with advisors and compliance to ensure alignment and execution

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in financial services operations (RIA, wealth management, or brokerage preferred)
• Strong understanding of onboarding, ACAT transfers, and client servicing workflows
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
• Process-minded with a track record of improving workflows and systems
• Clear, professional communicator who is confident interacting directly with clients, advisors, and partners
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability, client-facing environment

Compensation

• Base salary starting at $70,000+
