Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as a Mobile Game Playtester . In this role, you'll be responsible for playing and rigorously testing mobile games from a player's perspective, evaluating gameplay mechanics, user experience, and overall enjoyment, and providing critical feedback to enhance the final product.
Responsibilities:
- Play through mobile games extensively, following structured playtesting plans and exploring all game features.
- Identify and document bugs, glitches, and areas of frustration or confusion from a player's standpoint.
- Provide subjective and objective feedback on gameplay balance, difficulty, controls, and narrative coherence.
- Assess game performance and stability across various mobile devices.
- Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports detailing play experience, bug findings, and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions for game scenarios.
- Comfort with working tools and extensive experience playing a variety of mobile games.
- Prior experience in game playtesting, user testing, or competitive gaming is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to multiple modern mobile devices.
- Passion for gaming and the ability to articulate gameplay experiences clearly.
