RN - OR Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM
• On-call requirement: one 24-hour call one weekend per month
• Weekend coverage: on-call one weekend per month
• Holiday coverage: minimum of 2 major and 2 minor holidays required
• 3+ years of circulating experience required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Must have ability to read, write and speak English language
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative and customer service skills required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Must possess excellent time management and critical thinking skills
• Experience with direct patient care preferred
• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
• Complete ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
