Duties include: Performing psychosocial assessments, treatment planning/monitoring and discharge planning. Provides counseling/therapy to individuals requiring complex intervention.Identify individual needs and diagnose substance use and/or mental health disorders; assess individual risk for suicide and other safety related concerns; determine the need for inpatient psychiatric treatment or outpatient services or supports; and in all modes, effectively communicate relevant information to officers, families, and treatment providers, as necessary.Assist in referrals, as well as follow-up treatment coordination, within Georgia Pines CSB and/or outside treatment providers. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university ANDhas an Associates\'s license as a LMSW, LAPC, of LAMFT OR fully licensed as aLCSW, LPC, or LMFT AND Two years of supervised experience in the area of assignment.
