Project Manager
Project Manager / Construction manager needed at an industry leader. You will oversee onsite installation of company-produced equipment, managing third-party installation teams to ensure projects are completed safely, to quality standards, and within budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating shipments, resolving onsite technical issues, and managing all project documentation from initial paperwork to final invoicing. Ideal background is construction related; engineering knowledge / experience a plus. This position requires at least 50% travel, currently focused on the East Coast with the potential for West Coast assignments as operations expand. responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete installation lifecycle at client sites, acting as the primary point of contact during execution
- Manage and coordinate third-party installation teams to ensure adherence to schedules and company standards
- Monitor installation quality to ensure the product functions correctly and enforce strict safety protocols on site
- Track project expenses to ensure all installation activities stay within the allocated budget
- Identify and resolve any technical, quality, or shipment issues that arise during the installation
- BS Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related
- Experience managing construction projects / equipment installation strongly desired
- Experience managing contractors strong desired
- Civil / structural engineering knowledge a plus
- Ability to multi-task, pivot, and communicate on all levels required
