We are seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment efforts across all locations and divisions within our organization. This individual must be experienced in construction, industrial, skilled trades, or specialty contractor recruitment and capable of identifying top-tier talent in a highly competitive labor market.
This is not a transactional recruiting role. We are looking for a strategic recruiting professional who can partner directly with operations leadership, influence hiring decisions, proactively source passive talent, and help strengthen our long-term workforce strategy.
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across field, operational, professional, and leadership positions throughout the organization. This role partners closely with operations, safety, HR, and executive leadership to identify workforce needs, improve hiring processes, and build strong talent pipelines across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate understands the realities of construction and industrial operations and can effectively recruit within high-demand markets including crane and rigging, steel erection, safety, project management, engineering, heavy haul, and skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
- Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce demands and project staffing needs
- Recruit for field, office, leadership, safety, engineering, project management, and skilled trade positions
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, industry groups, trade associations, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill construction and industrial positions
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and hiring manager coordination
- Support workforce planning initiatives tied to organizational growth
- Ensure consistent recruiting processes and compliance standards across all entities
- Assist with recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, retention, and recruiting effectiveness
- Maintain recruiting workflows and candidate documentation within Paylocity Recruiting
- Support recruiting marketing efforts in partnership with Marketing and HR
- Represent the organization professionally at career fairs, industry events, trade schools, and workforce development initiatives
- Help strengthen the company’s employment brand and candidate experience
- Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience required
- Construction, industrial, manufacturing, crane, rigging, steel erection, or specialty contractor recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting both hourly field employees and salaried leadership positions
- Strong sourcing and passive recruiting experience required
- Experience supporting multi-location operations preferred
- Ability to work effectively with operational leadership and field management teams
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in using ATS and recruiting systems required
- LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platform experience preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally to offices, jobsites, hiring events, and workforce initiatives
Work Environment & Location
This role may operate in a hybrid capacity from either the Atlanta, Georgia or Orlando, Florida market. Remote consideration may be provided for highly qualified candidates with extensive construction recruiting experience.
Occasional travel to jobsites, offices, recruiting events, and workforce development activities will be required.
