About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll serve as the face of Pure Home—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and delivering personalized bath solutions that match their vision. In this outside sales role, you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality remodeling options, helping clients transform their spaces with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Participate in weekly sales training to continuously refine your skills
• Use intuitive software to create customized bath designs for homeowners
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales consistently
• Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred; home remodeling background is a plus
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Confidence in public speaking and delivering polished presentations
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined mindset
• Goal-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
• Outgoing and articulate personality with strong relationship-building skills
