What You'll Do

• Supervise and coach maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all plant equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues
• Recommend equipment upgrades, modifications, or process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs

What You'll Need

• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills in an industrial or recycling environment
• Leadership and team management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with automated or computerized manufacturing equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Your Education

• Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience OR a technical degree in a related field
