What You'll Do
- Supervise and coach maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all plant equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
- Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues
- Recommend equipment upgrades, modifications, or process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs
What You'll Need
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills in an industrial or recycling environment
- Leadership and team management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with automated or computerized manufacturing equipment preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Your Education
- Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience OR a technical degree in a related field
