The Case Manager position is responsible for meeting with clients (children, adolescents and adults) in person or via telehealth to provide coping skills training and resource linkage. Traditionally, services are provided in person, in the clients' homes. However telehealth options are available for greater access of services for clients.

CYE is also seeking candidates for an exclusively telehealth role for a Community Resource Specialist. The Community Resource Specialists acts in the role as a Case Manager but only works with clients to connect them to other community providers and resources to aid in the clients' progress towards attaining goals as stated in the clients' treatment plans.

The best candidate for this position will have experience in core mental health services in Georgia. Candidates who do not have experience in core mental health services in Georgia will not be considered.

Candidates should have knowledge of community assistance programs such as food banks, utility assistance programs, job training programs, educational programs and more.

Candidates must demonstrate ability to make connections with other providers such as pediatrician offices, school employees, psychologists, psychiatrists and others to ensure that clients have access to additional services and that all health services are being integrated.

Candidates must have knowledge or BIRP note writing style and must show high proficiency with writing BIRP notes which includes quality and timeliness of BIRP note submissions.
