We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Servers to join our team! As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and drink experience by providing friendly, attentive service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Full and part time positions available.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure quality presentation
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
