SALES REPRESENTATIVE
MCI Careers is hiring Sales Representatives to support top global brands in a fast-paced CX and BPO environment. In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, identify needs, present solutions, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service. Using CRM and contact center tools, you'll manage pipelines, document interactions, and meet or exceed clear performance targets. You'll receive training, coaching, and ongoing feedback, with advancement based on measurable results, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, plus exposure to innovative CX technologies and digital solutions across industries.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats to drive sales and support
- Identify customer needs, recommend products or services, and close sales to meet targets
- Use CRM and contact center tools to document interactions and manage sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed KPIs including conversion rates, quality scores, and customer satisfaction
- Follow structured sales scripts and compliance guidelines while personalizing the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve performance and share best practices
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales and CX skills
- Provide accurate product, pricing, and promotional information to customers
- Escalate complex issues and coordinate with support teams when necessary
- Contribute to a performance-driven, fast-paced culture focused on measurable results
