- Manage portfolios: Oversee accurate billing and reconciliations for assigned clients.
- Resolve disputes: Use professional judgment to navigate payment hurdles and lease complexities.
- Communicate proactively: Connect with clients via email, text, and phone to keep accounts current.
- Maintain accuracy: Keep precise records in our systems while following compliance standards.
- Collaborate: Partner with the finance team to escalate roadblocks and achieve departmental goals.
