Job Description
The Sales Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member supports a successful insurance agency by engaging customers in value-based conversations and delivering exceptional service. This role focuses on developing leads, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate insurance and financial products. Responsibilities
- Work with the agent to establish and achieve individual and team sales goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
- Market appropriate insurance and financial products and services

Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build customer relationships
- Ability to complete required licensing and training programs

The base pay range for this position is $31,200–$41,600 annually , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
