Technical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Live near Macon, GA or in close proximity to office.
• Provide technical expertise and support in the areas of design, development, and testing of engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications for engineering projects.
• Conduct thorough technical analysis and simulations to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to product performance and processes.
• Document technical processes, procedures, and project outcomes accurately for future reference and reporting.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute to innovative engineering solutions.
• Support product launches by providing necessary technical documentation, training, and presentations to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) is desired.
• 2-5 years of experience in a technical engineering role, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and technologies relevant to the field.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical documentation and client interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across different departments.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is an advantage.
