About the Position
Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 months Shift: AM 4 × 10 hr shifts Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 18 months experience required License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: Strong experience with Orthopedics, Total Joints, Scopes, and Neuro procedures Description: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 18 months of experience in the operating room. Experience in Orthopedic surgeries, Total Joint procedures, Scopes, and Neurosurgery is required. The schedule consists of 10-hour shifts, four days a week. Call obligations include being on-call from 5 PM to 7 PM twice per week. There are also 2-3 holiday calls per contract. Weekend call is required, either from 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM on a Saturday or Sunday, for 2-3 weekends per contract. Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for this role.
