Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II - Float at Fayetteville, GA! This is a 2 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist II - Float

Location: Fayetteville, GA 30214

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $18.80 - 21.30/hour (Based on years of experience)

• Mileage reimbursement available for travel between sites .

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and skillful blood collection, including pediatric, geriatric, forensic, and clinical specimens.

• Provide coverage at multiple Patient Service Centers (PSC) and In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP) sites.

• Verify patient demographics, initials, and signatures post-venipuncture to confirm accuracy of specimen labeling.

• Maintain required records, documentation, and compliance with company policies.

• Create a safe, professional, and positive environment for patients and staff.

• Demonstrate leadership behaviors, process excellence, and sensitivity to patient confidentiality.

• Adapt to changing work schedules, travel between locations, and provide coverage with minimal notice.

• Serve as a strong customer service representative, promoting organizational commitment and excellence.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience required , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
