Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to provide leadership in designing and integrating enterprise-level applications. This role requires an experienced professional with deep expertise in application architecture, integration, and implementation across multiple platforms, including cloud and on-premises environments.

The successful candidate will leverage a hands-on technical background to guide development teams, resolve challenges, and ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards. Collaboration with business stakeholders, developers, and architects will be key to delivering scalable and secure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic architectural direction and oversee enterprise-wide application design.

• Validate and optimize integration of applications across hybrid environments.

• Ensure that design, development, testing, and deployment follow industry and organizational standards .

• Partner with teams to drive application modernization initiatives .

• Maintain security, compliance, and performance across solutions.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated success leading complex integration projects across cloud and on-premises platforms.

• Strong expertise in solution implementation from design to deployment.

• Hands-on development background with .NET 6+ , cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and data center environments.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy.

• At least 10 years of enterprise solution delivery , with 6+ years in regulated industries.

• Experience in Child Services / Children Administration systems is required.

Preferred Background

• Familiarity with State, Local, and Education (SLED) environments and federal agency projects .

• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and procurement processes .

• Experience in finance, healthcare, pensions, or government systems .

Nice to Have

• Architect-level certifications in Cloud, Networking, or Security.

• ERP, CRM, or other large-scale system integration experience.
