We are looking for an Internal medicine Physician to join our private practice in Suwanee, GA just 20 min North of Atlanta. We offer a wonderful work life balance that is structured within a 4.5-day workweek in the office, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, can be flexible if necessary. No weekend or holiday hours! Ideally, we are seeking a physician for long term employment, who has excellent bedside manners, and practices with flexibility and compassion. We specialize in Primary Care, catering exclusively to adult patients, managing both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventative care.

Our facility offers a wide range of diagnostic procedures, such as ultrasounds, sleep studies, DEXA scans, spirometry, electrocardiography, blood pressure monitoring, and phlebotomy.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Focus: We manage both chronic diseases and acute illnesses, with an emphasis on preventive care.
• Technological Integration: We utilize EClinicalWorks as our EMR system and Medical Dragon One for dictation to ensure an optimized and efficient workflow.
• Coding & Billing Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines are essential.

Requirements:

• BCBE Internal Medicine Physician
• Medical license to practice in GA
• Minimum 3 years of experience in outpatient internal medicine/primary care preferred

Schedule:

• Part time, Full time, or reduced work hours
• 4.5-day workweek, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (can be flexible)

• Weekends & Major Holidays: office is closed
• Patient Volume & Schedule Structure: 2 new or 3 established patients per hour.
• On Call Responsibilities: Phone calls only; calls are minimal and light.

Compensation:

• $250k to start for experienced physicians
• Up to $350k-$400k (base salary and productivity bonus)
