Job Overview:
We are looking for a Documentation Analyst with strong expertise in data flow and architecture visualization . This role focuses on turning complex, conceptual data architecture discussions into clear, professional diagrams and presentations for both technical teams and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate data architecture and data flow concepts into detailed, intuitive visual diagrams .

• Develop high-quality executive presentations leveraging expert-level PowerPoint skills .

• Partner with data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to create accurate and visually compelling documentation.

• Maintain and enhance system architecture, data flow, and integration documentation for ongoing initiatives.

• Ensure all deliverables align with enterprise architecture standards and governance .

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level presentations .

• Strong experience in visual documentation of data flows, system interactions, and architecture diagrams .

• Solid understanding of data architecture concepts, data integration, and system design .

• Excellent ability to translate technical discussions into clear, polished visuals .

• Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar diagramming tools .

• Prior experience in enterprise data, analytics, or cloud data platforms .
