Youll be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing personalized insurance solutions tailored to each customers needs.

This is a full-time position, offering you 100% of the earned commission with uncapped earning potential or a base salary + commission if you are currently licensed and have experience. We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to succeed in a competitive and rewarding industry.

• Identify and develop new customer relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Educate clients on various insurance options and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals to maximize commission potential.
• Maintain knowledge of Farmers Insurance products, policies, and industry trends.
• Process policy applications and handle customer inquiries efficiently.

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (REQUIRED).
• Sales-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in-office in Fayetteville, GA
• Previous insurance or sales experience required.
