As an Insurance Sales Professional with a Farmers Insurance agency in Atlanta, GA , you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our agency. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for sales, customer service, and helping people protect what matters most to them. Youll be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing personalized insurance solutions tailored to each customers needs.
This is a full-time position, offering you 100% of the earned commission with uncapped earning potential or a base salary + commission if you are currently licensed and have experience. We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to succeed in a competitive and rewarding industry.

Responsibilities- Identify and develop new customer relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Educate clients on various insurance options and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales goals to maximize commission potential.
- Maintain knowledge of Farmers Insurance products, policies, and industry trends.
- Process policy applications and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (REQUIRED).
- Sales-driven mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in-office in Fayetteville, GA
- Previous insurance or sales experience required.
