Restock Associate (Austell)

TRC is looking for a Restock Associate for a client in Austell, GA

Position Summary
The Restock Associate is responsible for replenishing products on the picking floor to ensure order selectors have consistent access to inventory. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring a safe, organized warehouse environment. The position requires the ability to perform regular physical activity in a fast-paced distribution setting.

• Long Term Temp
• Shift: 8a-5p (occasional OT)

Key Responsibilities

• Replenish products on the picking floor accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively restock low or empty pick locations.
• Transport products from overstock or reserve storage to designated picking areas.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate pallet jacks or other material-handling equipment (as certified and required).
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as directed.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or damaged products to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift, including:
  • Lifting and carrying materials up to 35 pounds regularly.
  • Climbing ladders or step stools to access product locations.
  • Balancing while handling materials at varying heights.
  • Walking and standing for extended periods.
  • Stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching frequently.

Handling, moving, and positioning materials safely and efficiently.
