Overview:

We are seeking a polished, energetic, and service-driven Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team at our upscale dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and ensure seamless guest experience by upholding the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily FOH operations, including dining room, bar, and host team.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional guest experience.

Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and ambiance reflect the upscale dining atmosphere.

Manage reservations, guest relations, and special requests with a focus on personalized service.

Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house.

Monitor inventory of FOH supplies and support cost-control initiatives.

Assist with scheduling, payroll management, and staffing needs.

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and create positive resolutions.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a FOH Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in upscale dining or fine dining.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts effectively.

Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and fine dining etiquette is strongly preferred.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
