Full Time Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a full-time assistant who works with excellence, supports admin, finance, and events, and wants to see the gospel spread.
Qualifications
- Two or more years experience (as administrator, office manager, church staff, etc)
- Proficient computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and Google Apps) and ability to learn new programs.
- Able to be an active member and participant at Radiant Church, which includes agreement with our Statement of Faith.
- Motivated to see the gospel preached and the kingdom advanced through a thriving local church.
Administration
- Provide administrative support as needed to the pastors, staff, ministry team leaders, etc (may include printing, scheduling meetings, writing letters and documents, etc).
- Maintain all the non-financial records of the church to include attendance and member’s profile, and create attendance sheets and reports
- Maintain the Church Management Software (Elvanto/Tithely) and use it to communicate with members, groups, and schedule various events.
- Manage the church office and make sure everything is in good order and welcoming to all who come in.
- Continually looking for ways to improve the coordination of the staff and volunteers by bringing organization, clarity, and efficiency.
- Available on Sunday to connect with members, guests, and other teams to make sure they all have what they need and to assist in any way.
- Oversee the planning, administration, and execution of ministry events for the church.
Financial
- Track and organize financial documents, including credit card statements, check requests, and ministry deposits.
- Process invoices and check requests in a timely manner, submitting them to the accountant and saving them appropriately.
- Maintain the financial records of donations.
