HIRING: Seven Full Time Welders/Fabricators in Powder Springs

Location: Powder Springs, GA

Pay: $21 - $29/hour

Starting hourly rate range for Welder/Fabricators would be $21-$24/hr.

Starting hourly rate range for Sanitary Welders with experience and skillset would be $23- $24/hr. for entry level Sanitary and $26-$29/hr. for more experienced Sanitary

Hours: 7am-4pm (1 hour break), BUT WILL BE REQUIRED TO GO TO 2 nd shift--- 3pm-12pm( 1 hour break) starting in 2026. Will get OT

Pay Ranges

- All 2nd shift employees will also receive a $1 shift differential on top of their base rate. This would not apply in the beginning due to working first shift until the end of the year. We would add this to their base rate once 2nd shift was added.

MUST be able to pass drug test and background check ( no violence or theft charges )

Hiring Welder/Fabricator:

- Minimum 2 years, on the job, experience with MIG, TIG or Flux Core welding.

- Basic math skills and understanding of how to take measurements.

- Stainless, Aluminum and/or carbon steel experience.

- Starting hourly rate range for Welder/Fabricators would be $21-$24/hr. that will be determined upon completion of the weld test. We can negotiate higher if the experience and skillset match. However, we will add more as they demonstrate consistency with higher levels of skill. (no specific timeline or waiting period for this)

Sanitary Welder:

- Minimum 2 years, on the job, TIG welding of pipe, flanges and fittings experience.

- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

- Basic math skills and understanding of how to take measurements.

- Starting hourly rate range for Sanitary Welders with experience and skillset would be $23- $24/hr. for entry level Sanitary and $26-$29/hr. for more experienced Sanitary.

Shift Hours:

- Until we begin 2nd shift, their scheduled hours would be Monday – Friday, 7am-4pm with a 1-hour break.

- Once 2nd shift begins, their scheduled hours would be Monday – Friday, 3pm – 12am with a 1-hour break.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

- 4 panel drug test (THC not tested)

- Background check (we typically make our decisions based on no theft or violence in the last 5 years, but evaluate on a case-by-case basis as these items come up)

- Passing of hearing and vision test on site
