Project Manager
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Project Manager to join their team. We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative within our Data Engineering Technology Team. This role requires strong Agile/Scrum expertise, Waterfall expertise and cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to drive complex a Info Sec project from inception to delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Info Sec engineering project(s) using Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product, and business teams to define scope, priorities, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience in a technology or data-focused environment
- Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and delivering technical projects
- Strong understanding of data engineering and Infor Sec concepts and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
