About the Role

As an Onsite Occupational Health Provider , you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional health services directly at our client sites. With your expertise and care, you’ll help employees maintain their well-being and contribute to fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to designated client sites to provide on-site care
• Deliver soft tissue treatment (manual therapy, ART, myofascial release, stretching, etc.)
• Provide health education and ergonomic guidance to employees
• Assess for early signs of strain or overuse and provide first aid-compliant care
• Offer home care advice, ice/heat protocols, and mobility exercises
• Maintain accurate treatment logs and brief reports per visit
• Communicate proactively with ANVA and client safety managers
• Ensure services remain within OSHA first aid scope (non-diagnostic, non-invasive)

✅ What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this position, you’ll need:

- 3 years of experience in occupational health or a related field.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.

- The ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed DC, PT, ATC , or other allied healthcare provider
• Experience in musculoskeletal care, occupational health, or ergonomics
• Must be comfortable working independently at various industrial or office sites
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passionate about injury prevention and employee wellness
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
