RA/QA Support Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Coordinate external product testing and ship samples to third-party labs.

• Track test reports and vendor invoices.

• Maintain technical files and product documentation.

• Organize laboratory and office areas.

• Communicate test results and documentation across departments.

• Manage records, spreadsheets, reports, and digital files.

• Assist with routine mechanical and laboratory testing when needed

RA/QA Support Assistant Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills
• Google Docs/Sheets proficiency
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent file management and organization
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Professional office demeanor
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Administrative, laboratory, QA, compliance, or document-control experience preferred but not required.
