Compensation: $60,000 -$70,000 + commissions, expected salary including commissions and bonuses could be $100,000 +

Summary:

Are you ready to represent industry-leading products and become the go-to solutions partner for your clients? At Pye-Barker, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Engineer or Territory Manager to lead business growth, drive product sales, and deliver excellent service to clients in Georgia.

What you will be doing:

• Present and sell industry-leading products, including pumps, air compressors, and blowers, and work with clients to engineer packages and skids tailored to their specifications.
• Build meaningful relationships to ensure Pye-Barker is the first call for client needs.
• Drive a 10% annual sales increase in your territory by identifying new client opportunities and securing service contracts.
• Conduct client presentations, plant audits, and engaging "Lunch & Learn" sessions to showcase our products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate quotes and drive service fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed CRM records to keep clients and teams aligned.

What you will need:

• 3-5+ years in B2B industrial sales or outside sales.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Associate's or Bachelor’s) preferred.
• Expertise with compressed air, pumps, and pressure blowers is ideal.
• Proven ability to interpret and meet clients’ needs with customized solutions.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with strong time management skills.
