YOUNG ADULTS DIRECTOR

Passion City Church

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world .

To lead and grow the Young Adults Ministry at Passion City Church. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide overall leadership to the Young Adults Ministry at Passion City Church.
• Reach, raise up and launch young adults and college students into all areas of culture with a world view centered on Jesus.
• Plan gatherings and events consistent with the rhythm of Passion City Church, including but not limited to, Collective Nights and Summer in the City events.
• Utilize and oversee YA Groups and foster community and develop new initiatives to engage more young adults in relationship with one another.
• Attract, retain, train and develop a group of Door Holders, maintaining a high standard for leader selection according to PCC Statement of Beliefs as well as the Leadership Commitment.
• Oversee any Young Adult Group content.
• Work alongside PCC Team and all Atlanta location teams in collaborative efforts across our House.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday, 9am-5pm + all day Sunday.

REPORTS TO

515 Location Pastor

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

Bachelor's degree required. Seminary or equivalent training preferred. 2-4 years of practical ministry experience. Leader of people with sharp social and organizational skills. Able to dream big, while willing to practically take the steps needed to accomplish the big vision. Excellent communication verbal and written skills.
