MEMCO Atlanta is hiring an internal Bilingual Recruiter Coordinator!

Schedule: Mon - Fri; 7am - 4:30pm

Job Overview:

MEMCO is looking for a Bilingual Admin/Recruiter Coordinator to support our Recruiting department. You will act as the first point of contact for queries from employees and candidates. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing hiring documents and updating our databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with the hiring process and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. You should be able to ensure our Recruiters support our employees while conforming to labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Answer employee’s and customer’s queries about positions, payroll and other issues.
• Organize and maintain personnel records.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Prepare hiring documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
• Assist with the marketing of our company and jobs availability.
• Assist with administrative duties for the office and department.
• Ordering supplies, organizing office and support the department.
• Update internal databases.
• Participate in hiring events.

Requirements:

• Proven Bi-Lingual Skills in English and Spanish.
• Proven work experience as Receptionist/Admin.
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications).
• Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
