Customer Service Representative

Join our SWEET Team! River Street Sweets is adding to the family in our downtown Call Center for our busy holiday season!

If you have a winning attitude and like making people smile - we are the team for you! We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to help guests place orders by phone for handmade southern candies in a fun Call Center with the highest level of courtesy, professionalism, and compassion as part of the company standard of 100% guest satisfaction.

WE PAY DAILY PARKING *Must park in designated garage*

Duties include but not limited to:

· Answering phones

·Taking and entering orders into database

·Answer customer questions and resolve customer service issues

• Ability to Work Efficiently in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Type 40 Words Per Minute
• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
