We're seeking a strategic HR leader to join Keystone Management as Director of Human Resources. In this role, you'll serve as a key strategic partner and trusted advisor to our business leaders, helping shape our organization's future while ensuring excellence in HR service delivery. The HR Director reports to the President & Chief Integration Officer and serves as the primary point of contact for all people-related initiatives, personally managing key HR deliverables while supporting Keystone's strategic objectives.
Location: In Office, Atlanta, GA (Midtown)Travel : Up to 25% travel to client locations
What You'll Do
Provide high-level HR consulting and develop innovative solutions that support business goals
Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic business and HR initiatives
Coach leaders through complex people challenges and sensitive situations
Lead organizational design efforts to support company strategy
Oversee core HR functions including:
Talent acquisition and workforce planning
Performance management
Compensation and benefits
Training and development
Employee relations
Drive change management and transformation initiatives
Lead key HR projects and strategic initiatives
What You'll Bring
10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4 years in a hands-on leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Proven experience leading teams and delivering results through others
Strong business acumen, including understanding of financial drivers and labor costs
Expert-level relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Advanced problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Track record of selecting and developing top talent
Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
MBA or JD
Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements
Facilities management industry experience
HR Center of Excellence experience

Other Requirements
Must pass drug test, background checks (company and FAA), and driving history check
Valid driver's license required
Physical requirements include ability to: Stand and sit for extended periods , Perform various physical movements (reach, twist, bend, etc.), Operate standard office equipment, Function in high-pressure situations
