What Your Day Will Look Like: As a Field Representative, you'll be a vital link between Spectrum and its customers. You'll make field visits to homes to:

• Work with customers to resolve past-due accounts.

• Assist with equipment recovery.

• Provide advice and support to help customers maintain their services.

• Accurately record all your activities using our user-friendly software.

• Enjoy being active and working outside.

• Are you willing to conduct door-to-door sales?

• Are comfortable talking to people and problem-solving.

• Have experience in sales, customer service, or even previous cable tech/CSR roles (a plus but not required!).

• Are you eager to learn and grow in a new profession?

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a reliable vehicle and must be legally registered
• Must be listed on vehicle insurance
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Bilingual speaking is a plus!

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time: Typically 5 days a week, including required Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Evenings and afternoons are common.

• Part-Time: Flexible schedules available.
