Production Material Handler
Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Production Material Handler in Buford . In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for moving materials and keeping track of the inventory . Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.
In a Production Material Handler job you’ll be responsible for:- Load, unload, and move materials using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or invoices.
- Label, sort, and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Perform inventory counts and assist in cycle counting activities.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- 1yr. experience in distribution or warehouse.
- Heavy lifting.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE.
