Remote Sales Agent

The Gainey Agency is seeking a Remote Sales Agent to provide professional, client-focused insurance sales and service in a fully virtual environment. The incumbent will guide clients through the policy lifecycle, support sales objectives, and maintain high standards of accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise clients on insurance products and recommend solutions aligned with their needs and circumstances.
• Manage the full policy lifecycle, including quote generation, application processing, policy changes, renewals, and claims support.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions in internal systems.
• Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships through consistent, professional communication.
• Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and market developments to provide informed client guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine sales strategies, streamline processes, and support collective performance goals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain required licensing and compliance standards.

Required qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Possession of relevant state insurance license(s) or willingness to obtain required licenses in a timely manner.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales, inside sales, or other client-facing roles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office productivity software.
• Experience working in fully remote teams and meeting remote performance expectations.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
