Entry Level Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop skills in project management, team leadership, and customer relations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client accounts and customer bases
• Execute and optimize marketing campaigns and customer acquisition strategies
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience, retention, and brand growth
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on industry trends, product knowledge, and leadership development
• Coach and mentor team members, providing performance feedback and support
• Assist with employee onboarding and training programs
• Track individual and team progress using 30-60-90 day performance plans

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience (work, internships, athletics, or student leadership)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)
• Background in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
