ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Utilize exemplary communication to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting business growth.
- Dedicated to customer service
- MUST BE A BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKER
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Must be willing to become licensed in P&C
- Handle high-traffic office and multiple phones
- Coordinating and managing appointments for clients and staff
- Answering/making phone calls, texts, and emails
- Taking payments and resolving billing concerns
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as preparing/filing/uploading documents, and client/prospect information data entry and updates
- Following up with clients and staff regarding information requests and quote statuses
- Engaging in customer relationship building, by reaching out for birthdays and major life events, as well as participate in the annual Christmas card program, and other community events throughout the year
