TMC Staffing is seeking an Order Clerk responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, through various channels like phone, email, or online platforms. Will enslure accurate order entry, manage inventory, and communicate with other departments to facilitate order fulfillment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Order Entry: Accurately inputting customer information, including contact details, shipping addresses, product codes, and payment information into the order management system.
• Order Processing: Verifying order details, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and coordinating with other departments (e.g., sales, shipping, inventory) to fulfill the order.
• Inventory Management: Tracking inventory levels, reporting stockouts, and potentially assisting with inventory management tasks.
• Customer Communication: Responding to customer inquiries about orders, prices, shipping dates, and product availability.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, order histories, and other relevant documentation.
• Document Preparation: Creating invoices, shipping documents, and other paperwork related to the order fulfillment process.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.
• Data Entry Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and entering data accurately and efficiently.

• Clerical Skills: Basic office and administrative skills, such as typing, filing, and record keeping.
