Rebar Fabrication Equipment Operator
Rebar Fabrication Equipment Operator
Picture your day starting with a quick team huddle on the shop floor. The cranes hum to life, the benders and shears are checked, and you begin your first production run. You’ll rotate through equipment, help stage material, and keep the line moving safely and efficiently. Throughout the shift, you’ll lean on clear procedures, strong teammates, and training that helps you master each station.
What a Day Looks Like

- Operate rebar fabrication machinery: shears, benders, threaders, forging equipment, welders, cranes, forklifts, and other production machines using established procedures and guidelines.
- Load fabricated rebar onto trailers and unload incoming stock material.
- Keep your work area and equipment clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
- Cross-train on multiple machines so you can pivot to where you’re needed most.
- Attend training on applicable equipment and take on additional duties as needed.
