Product Marketing Scientist
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Product Marketing Scientist to bridge the gap between data science, product development, and marketing strategy. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights, experimentation, and statistical modeling to guide product positioning, optimize marketing performance, and influence product growth decisions.
The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative expertise with a deep understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and product lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for product marketing and growth strategies
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Develop predictive models to understand customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value
- Partner with product, marketing, and data engineering teams to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion, retention, and engagement
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Support pricing strategies, market analysis, and competitive intelligence initiatives
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track product and campaign performance
- Identify opportunities for automation and data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data science, marketing analytics, or product analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical toolsSolid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization
- Familiarity with product metrics and marketing performance indicators
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in product-led or growth-focused organizations
- Knowledge of marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative discipline
