Your Role & Impact

As a Superintendent , you’ll oversee the on-site execution of commercial interior projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards . You'll be the go-to leader on the job site, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and enforcing safety and compliance measures.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring specifications are met
Manage subcontractors, materials, and equipment for seamless project execution
Maintain project schedules, quality control, and job site safety
Schedule and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions
Communicate with the project team on material submittals and construction progress
Ensure subcontractors are executing their scope correctly and safely
Identify and address potential construction conflicts before they impact progress
Keep the job site clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Conduct preconstruction and weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
Maintain detailed daily logs of site activities and project milestones

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of verifiable construction experience with a strong knowledge of trades
✅ Ability to read & interpret construction drawings, submittals, and procedural manuals
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively
✅ Ability to identify work areas outside of the contracted scope and report them accordingly
✅ Experience with safety regulations and job site compliance

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Experience with Procore and CMiC (preferred, but not required)
✔ Background in Corporate, Healthcare, or Higher Education projects (hospital, lab, sterile environments, etc.)

Additional Information

Ability to navigate job sites and comply with all safety regulations
Willingness to travel as needed to different locations, clients, and vendors
Flexibility to work more than 40 hours per week when needed, including nights and weekends during peak workloads
